Probably because she is a contractor as well as a designer, she worked flawlessly with our contractor. Her professional contacts came in handy. When large tiles for our master bath were delivered and most were broken, she made a call and in two days we had another delivery. There were so many things about Jennifer that I liked, one important thing being that she listened and she understood and respected my taste, even as she shaped my view of what was possible/useful/appealing. My husband and I wanted a home that was different and tasteful and personal and thanks to Jennifer that's what we have. She is a first-rate professional. Punctual. No drama. No unpleasant surprises. “Jennifer Ryan is a complete design/build remodeling contractor who really listens. We came to her to remodel the dysfunctional kitchen in our 1902 house; we wanted it up to today's standards but classically styled to look as if it belonged in an old house. She nailed it! It required gutting the entire space, raising the window sill height, opening the entry arch, moving plumbing, electrical, gas, etc. Quality materials, tile, cabinets, fixtures throughout. The whole process went smoothly and she made it fun.”
